Events. Weddings. Parties.

Professional photobooths, with state of the art printing, full social media integration, texting, email, props, etc. We'll deliver, set-up, and assist with the booth, so your guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We can set up a professional green screen, so your guests can choose a different background for each photo. We can create custom photos to fit the theme of your wedding!

You and your guests will receive printed memories of your event, as well as digital copies for texting, email, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Of course, we will respect your privacy, and won't share or publish any photos without your permission. Unfortunately, that is not the policy of many photobooth companies.

Cake Spotlighting

Cake Spotlighting

1. Arrival of guests.
Light background music.

2. Arrival of wedding party.
Announcement and introduction by DJ.

3. Eating, mingling.
Background music continues.

4. Cutting of the cake.
Announcement by DJ.

5. Toasts.
Best man, maid or matron of honor.

6. Bride and groom's first dance.
Many couples choose to have their first dance immediately after their arrival.

7. Father-daughter dance.

8. Mother-son dance.
You might also consider having the father-daughter and mother-son dances together.

9. Parent's dance.

10. Wedding party dance.

11. Anniversary dance.
This traditional reception dance invites all married couples to the dance floor for a nice slow dance. The tradition says that the newlyweds will receive one year of good luck for each couple dancing. Your DJ will direct the couples to gradually leave the dance floor, beginning with those couples married less than one year, then five years, and so on until the couple married the longest is honored.

12. "Snowball" dance.
Many customers tell us this was their favorite. The dance begins with the bride and groom. After a few moments, the DJ announces a Snowball: the two dancers go into the crowd and bring back new dance partners. At the next Snowball, the four dancers become eight, this continues until the dance floor is full.

13. Dance floor opens.
Plus any other special dances you would like to request, such as the Money Dance, Cha Cha Slide, Chicken Dance, etc.

14. Bouquet and garter tosses.
Then resume dancing.

15. Last dance.

16. Bride and groom's exit.
DJ invites everyone to step outside to see the newlyweds off.

Wedding Ceremonies

Wedding Ceremonies

Audio and Music for Wedding Ceremonies

All of your guests will hear the ceremony with perfect clarity!

All of your guests will hear the ceremony with perfect clarity!

Every guest should be able to hear your minister, and your vows, with perfect clarity. The audio at a wedding ceremony is one of the most overlooked, yet crucial parts of your day. Even in a small venue, if the aucostics of the room are poor, it can be difficult to understand what the minister is saying. Using state of the art sound systems, and 25+ years of experience, we can make sure all of your guests experience the intimacy of your vows and your minister's spoken words.

From prelude music to wireless microphones for your minister and vocalists, we can handle every audio-visual need for your indoor or outdoor wedding ceremony, anywhere in Oklahoma. We even have a high-capacity battery powered hi-fidelity audio system for outdoor weddings where power isn’t available. We promise to make sure your music is perfect and everyone hears your vocalist with crystal-clear clarity.

Discreet, crystal clear microphone for you minister.

Rehearsal

As part of our wedding ceremony package, we will attend your rehearsal, bringing your ceremony music. You, the minister, and your wedding party will have a full rehearsal with music and will be prepared for the ceremony.

What About the Music?

What About the Music?

Music.

Flowers, Cake or even the reception hall aren’t necessarily the first things to consider when planning an Oklahoma wedding reception. You will certainly be spending a great deal of money on these things, yet it is unlikely anyone will leave your once-in-a-lifetime event early if the cake is bad!

What about the Music? Everything else may be perfect, but if the wedding DJ isn’t good the reception can fizzle. Poorly selected entertainment can lead to bored guests at best, and guests that are annoyed, offended, and leave early at worst.

On the other hand, with properly selected entertainment, your guests will look back on your special evening with fond memories. A professional wedding disc jockey can take things a step further, enhancing the mood with appropriate music and tasteful announcements to help the flow of the event. A wedding DJ service can be the icing on your reception that brings everything together.

From the moment your guests arrive, through your arrival, the cutting of the cake, your first dance, and the remainder of the evening, an experienced wedding DJ will customize their service to fit your preferences.

At Black Tie Wedding DJs™, we specialize in DJing wedding receptions. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Crucial Questions for Your Wedding Event Company

Crucial Questions for Your Wedding Event Company

Do you provide a written agreement?
It is very important to confirm your wedding DJ booking in writing. Terms should be clearly defined to avoid future problems.

Do you have back-up equipment and back-up DJs?
Even professional audio equipment can fail on occasion—don't let this put an early end to your event. Make sure there is back-up equipment and a back-up wedding DJ in case of emergency or illness.

Will you dress appropriately at my wedding reception?
It is important that your DJ look the part by dressing according to your preference.

Will you play the music at a suitable volume level?
A professional wedding disc jockey knows to keep the volume at a level appropriate for the guests, especially during the dinner hour.

Do you do more than just play music at the reception?
The DJ should not only be capable of playing the music, but also handling the announcements and helping to coordinate the evening.

Are you insured?
Insurance will give security and protection to you and your guests, as well as the DJ and their expensive gear.

Will you listen to my concerns and input?
Your input and suggestions on all aspects of your affair should be welcome.

It's important to find a wedding DJ company that says yes to these questions. You won't regret investing in quality.
